We hope you love your new tin signs! But in case you don’t – our return policy allows you to make things right. Perhaps it’s not what you expected, or perhaps there is unfortunately something wrong with your order, we will send you a replacement or issue you a refund. Per our return policy, once we receive the returned item(s), we will promptly reimburse the purchase amount to your PayPal account. There is a 14 day limit on returns. Also, a 15% restocking fee may apply to returned orders with a combined purchase value of USD $100.00 or more.   Replacements or discounts are available for damaged items.
