Return Policy

WE STAND BY OUR 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product please contact us at customerservice@tinsign.com. We will work with you to resolve any issues/concerns and correct them the best way possible.  

Once we receive the returned item(s) we will promptly reimburse the purchase amount to your PayPal account. Items must be returned within 14 days. A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned orders with a combined purchase value of $50.00 USD or more.  Replacements or discounts are available for damaged items.
